I was an experienced business analyst and business systems analyst with a broad development background, and with skills in the formulation of IT strategy, in business processes, systems analysis, requirements analysis and change management.

I had full development lifecycle experience - feasibility studies, business and systems requirements analysis and management through system specification and solution design, development, all testing stages and post-implementation review and I had broad experience of the commercial computer industry, both on a permanent and a contract basis for both suppliers and customers, internal and external.

I managed projects and staff in in-house IT departments and also gained considerable expertise as an independent consultant supplying systems and knowledge to customer companies.

I worked with people at all levels, from trainee operators to owner-customers and board members, assisted by highly developed interpersonal skills. I was equally able to work as a team member as to work alone. I had the versatility to adapt to the various manifestations of Business Analysis, as my IT CV demonstrates, with the ability to manage new demands rapidly, to ‘hit the ground running’.

I offered gravitas and good humour in suitable proportion, underpinned by a solid commercial I.T. career.
